BlissBarre

BlissBarre uses the core principles of conditioning and posture used in ballet training. You'll use light weights, a pilates ball, and a ballet barre to strengthen and tone your entire body. To make things fun, we’ll have you moving and grooving to a pump-up playlist the entire time.

Bardio

If you love loud music and a heart-pumping, sweaty workout, BlissBardio is the class for you. We move you through nine stations that target cardio, strength, and core while encouraging you to stay strong and motivated. Please bring running shoes to this class to protect your feet.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates combines energetic music, candlelight and all the amazing benefits of the heated room to create an experience that delivers a unique and challenging class. We use the basic, but effective, Pilates principles to target your core, legs, arms and back and give you an incredible, sweaty good time.

Yoga

This is an everyday non-heated yoga class where you will be guided through a variety of poses intended to stretch, strengthen and increase your mind-body connection. All of our instructors bring unique styles of yoga, so you can expect something new every time you come to your mat. This class is suitable for beginners.

Hot Yoga

This is an everyday hot yoga class where you will be guided through a variety of poses intended to stretch, strengthen and increase your mind-body connection. All of our instructors bring unique styles of yoga, so you can expect something new every time you come to your mat. Make sure to bring lots of water and a towel.

Yoga Flow

This is an everyday non-heated yoga class but with more challenging postures and fast-moving flows, encouraging you to deepen your practice and leave it all on the mat. This class is better suited to an experienced yogi, but newbies will have fun exploring their practice too!

Hot Yoga Flow

Our sweatiest yoga! This class is similar to our hot yoga class but with more challenging postures and fast-moving flows, encouraging you to deepen your practice and leave it all on the mat. Make sure to bring lots of water and a towel.

Yoga Flow Peak Poses

This class guides you through an energetic yoga practice that can lead to various advanced peak poses. This is an awesome class to add playfulness to your yoga practice and encourage you to try something outside of your comfort zone.

Warm Bad Day Yoga

Warm Bad Day Yoga is a healing restorative and meditation practice with guided breathing techniques, a little bit of aromatherapy, and calming touch from your instructor. You will leave this class feeling restored and ready to take on anything.

Warm Candlelight Deep Stretch

Enjoy a sweaty, 60-minute yin-style deep stretching class in our heated room. If you’ve been working hard in barre, have had a stressful week or just want to improve your flexibility, this class is for you.

Yang/Yin

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a Yang/Yin class that features 30 minutes of active yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch and relaxation.
